Booking & Treatment Terms – Ocean Pearl Beauty

By booking an appointment with Ocean Pearl Beauty, you agree to the following terms. These are in place to ensure a safe, fair, and professional experience for all clients.

Bookings & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure most appointments.
Deposit amounts vary by treatment and are typically 75%–100% of the treatment cost.
The deposit amount will be clearly stated at the time of booking and deducted from the final balance.
Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Remaining balances are payable on the day of your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
One reschedule is permitted if sufficient notice is given.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend an appointment, will result in loss of deposit.
Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice will have the deposit converted into salon credit.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require full payment in advance for future bookings.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and your deposit may be forfeited.
Late arrival may reduce treatment time without a reduction in price.

Consultations & Suitability

All treatments include a consultation prior to commencement.
Clients must provide accurate medical, skin, and lifestyle information.
Ocean Pearl Beauty reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
Patch tests are required for certain treatments and must be completed within the required timeframe.

Results & Aftercare

Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
Clients must follow all aftercare instructions provided.
Ocean Pearl Beauty is not responsible for adverse reactions caused by failure to follow aftercare advice or use of non-recommended products.

Health & Safety

Clients must attend appointments free from illness, infection, or contagious conditions.
Strict hygiene and safety protocols are followed at all times.
Treatment may be refused if health or safety is compromised.

Refunds

Treatments and services are non-refundable once carried out.
Deposits are non-refundable except where Ocean Pearl Beauty cancels the appointment.
Retail products are subject to supplier return policies.

Children, Guests & Conduct

For safety and insurance reasons, children and additional guests are not permitted in the treatment room unless agreed in advance.
Abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of future bookings.

Changes to Terms

Ocean Pearl Beauty reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
