This Shipping Policy explains how and when orders are processed and dispatched from Ocean Pearl Beauty.

Order Processing

I aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours on a working day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. Postage and courier collections may not take place over weekends.

Delivery Timeframes

Million Dollar Products
All Million Dollar products aim to be dispatched within 24 hours and delivered within 24 hours of dispatch, subject to courier service and location.

Avon Products
Avon products may take up to 7 days to arrive to me for collection. Once received, your order will be dispatched as quickly as possible. If Avon products are posted to you, delivery can take up to 10 days, depending on Avon’s delivery schedule to me.

Teeth Whitening Products
Teeth whitening products aim to be delivered within 7 days from the date of order.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or supplier delivery schedules.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are paid by the client. Shipping fees will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase or invoicing.

Delays

While every effort is made to meet the delivery timeframes listed, Ocean Pearl Beauty cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or suppliers.
