Returns & Refunds Policy – Ocean Pearl Beauty

Ocean Pearl Beauty takes pride in providing high-quality beauty and skincare products. Due to the nature of the products sold, the following policy applies.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted on any cosmetic, skincare, teeth whitening, or beauty products once sold.

This includes, but is not limited to, products that have been opened, used, tested, or had their hygiene seal broken.

Refunds

Refunds are not provided for change of mind or incorrect purchases.

A refund or replacement will only be offered if an item is:
• Faulty
• Damaged in transit
• Incorrectly supplied

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence where applicable.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me as soon as possible.
Once confirmed, you will be offered either:
• A replacement
• Or a refund (including original postage where applicable)

Order Cancellations

If Ocean Pearl Beauty needs to cancel your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

Avon Products

Avon products are supplied via Avon’s ordering system. Refunds or replacements are subject to Avon’s own returns and refund policies, which may apply in addition to this policy.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect.
