My Monday Mornings

My Monday Morning Skincare Routine: Simple, Consistent, Effective

Monday mornings don’t need to be complicated — especially when it comes to skincare. Over the years, I’ve learned that the best results don’t come from using everything, but from using the right things, consistently.

This is my go-to Monday morning routine — the one I rely on to prep my skin for long days, treatments, and whatever the week decides to throw at me.

Step 1: Cleanse with DermaCleanse

I always start with DermaCleanse to gently remove overnight build-up, excess oil, and any residue from the night before.
It cleans the skin thoroughly without stripping it, which is key — especially during the colder months when skin is more prone to dehydration and sensitivity.

Clean skin isn’t just about feeling fresh; it’s about creating the perfect base for everything that follows.

Step 2: Balance

This is the step many people skip, but it’s one I never miss.
Balancing the skin helps restore the natural pH after cleansing and allows serums and treatments to work more effectively.

Think of it as resetting your skin so it’s calm, stable, and ready to absorb what you apply next.

Step 3: HA4C Serum

Hydration is non-negotiable for me, and HA4C serum is my daily staple.
It delivers deep hydration, helps plump the skin, and smooths the appearance of fine lines — keeping the skin looking fresh, comfortable, and healthy throughout the day.

Well-hydrated skin simply behaves better. It looks better, feels better, and responds better to treatments.

Step 4: Hydro Vial mixed with Tanning Drops

This is my favourite morning combination.
I mix Hydro Vial with a few tanning drops to give my skin both hydration and a subtle, natural glow.

It’s perfect for mornings when I want to look awake, healthy, and polished without wearing makeup — especially in winter when skin can look a little flat or tired.

Why This Routine Works

This routine works because it’s:

  • Simple

  • Consistent

  • Focused on skin health, not trends

Good skin doesn’t come from overloading your face with products. It comes from understanding your skin, supporting it properly, and sticking to a routine that makes sense.

If your current routine feels confusing, inconsistent, or just not right for your skin, that’s something I help with every day — through treatments, skincare advice, and long-term skin planning.

Sometimes all your skin needs is the right structure and support.

Glow like the tide, shine like a pearl. 🦪
