Why I Take Deposits
At Ocean Pearl Beauty, I value your time and mine. To ensure a smooth experience for all my clients, I require deposits for most of my treatments. This policy helps me maintain a fair booking system, minimizes last-minute cancellations, and allows me to provide top-notch services to everyone.
Deposit Requirements
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be deducted from the final cost of your treatment.
- Deposit amounts vary depending on the treatment booked. This will be clearly stated at the time of booking. Normally around 75% to 100%
- Deposits can be paid via bank transfer, card payment, or any other method specified at the time of booking.
Rescheduling Policy
- I understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice.
- Your deposit will be carried over to your rescheduled appointment (one-time reschedule only).
- If less than 48 hours notice is given, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required for any future bookings.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice: Your deposit will be converted to a salon credit, which can be used towards any future booking.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice or no-shows: Your deposit is forfeited.
- Clients who repeatedly cancel at the last minute may be required to pre-pay in full for future appointments.
Late Arrivals
- If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I may need to reschedule, and your deposit may be forfeited.
- I do my best to accommodate everyone, but arriving on time helps ensure I can provide you with the best service.
Refunds
- Deposits are non-refundable except in the unlikely event that Ocean Pearl Beauty must cancel your appointment.
- In this case, your deposit will be fully refunded, or you may choose to transfer it to a new booking.
